About the Event
Friday Night Braai at Golding Wines (think gourmet BBQ – on steroids!)
Why Braai? Our Head Chef Evert van Niekerk is why. Born and bred in South Africa, Evert carries with him a part of South African culture that has endured for generations, the desire to cook over the open flame. Braai is practically a national sport in South Africa, it is a way of life, it’s a time to gather, share each other’s company. It is generous and always delicious. Braai is an occasion for all to enjoy and perfect for the whole family. We look forward to sharing delicious flavours from the chargrill with you when you join us by the fire for Friday Night Braai.
Choose between:
Sizzling Coals Plate - $35.00 (chicken wings, smoked BBQ pork ribs, salad and onion rings)
Flame Grilled Plate - $45.00 (36’ south scotch fillet, South African coiled sausage, Adelaide Hills grass fed lamb chop, salad and onion rings)
Vegetarian Plate - $30.00 (cauliflower steak, salad and onion rings)
Age Target: 45-59yrs (ish)
Limit: 8 Social8 singles (at least 3 men and 3 women) (and the general public)
Cost $29pp: includes entry and $20 drink credit. Dinner is extra.
